Yamaha Jet ski Gets Sound
When a jet ski gets sound, it is a very personal event. Like a motorcycle they are small, because they are small, you have to create places for new features like speakers, amplifiers and controls. Considering the speed of the jet ski, and all the water exposure we opted to modify the two side shrouds/covers. We used Comatex plastic & fiberglass to create new speaker mounts that are integral with the existing jet ski panels. When finished we will have a proper home for the JL Audio speakers, marine rated amplifier, and a Jet Ski gets sound. This installation technique produces great strength with a natural looking result. There will not be any cracking in our perfectly matched new paint. Reliability is very important for installations in extreme locations like this. Every detail of this installation had that in mind, you know the old adage “if can go wrong, it will”.
